Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not do with FirmVerdict, operated by Bespoke Champions League Ltd (company no. 16778449). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Permitted use

• Researching UK companies for your own legitimate commercial, procurement, credit-control or professional purposes.
• Recording and exporting your own commercial decisions and evidence snapshots.
• Accessing the partner API within your plan's quota and scope.

Prohibited use

• Scraping, crawling or bulk-downloading the service, or circumventing rate limits, quotas or plan restrictions.
• Reselling, sublicensing or republishing FirmVerdict data, scores or reports as your own product without written agreement.
• Representing FirmVerdict outputs as a regulated credit rating, FCA-authorised advice or a guarantee of any company's solvency or behaviour.
• Using the service to make decisions that require a regulated credit reference agency, or as the sole basis for legal action.
• Uploading or submitting malicious content, or attempting to probe, breach or degrade the service or its security controls.
• Sharing account credentials, API keys or team seats outside your organisation.
• Using the service for unlawful discrimination, harassment or any purpose incompatible with UK law.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and we may rate-limit or block automated access that threatens service stability. Suspected abuse can be reported to contact@bespea.com.
