Terms of Service
Last updated 6 November 2026
These terms govern your use of FirmVerdict, operated by Bespoke Champions League Ltd (company no. 16778449), 39 Paxford Road, Wembley, England, HA0 3RQ ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
FirmVerdict presents financial information derived from accounts filed at Companies House, including figures we calculate (such as EBITDA and margins) and figures extracted automatically, sometimes with AI assistance. It is provided for general information only and is not financial, investment, credit, legal or tax advice.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Plans, payment and cancellation
- The Free plan has usage limits shown on the Pricing page. Pro is a paid subscription billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and includes a fair-use allowance of 100 AI-read PDF accounts per month.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
- Refunds: we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a full refund within 30 days of your order at paddle.net or by emailing us.
- Prices include VAT where applicable. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By requesting immediate access you acknowledge this right is lost once the service has been fully supplied, and a proportionate charge may apply for use before cancellation.
4. Acceptable use
You must not scrape, resell or bulk-redistribute the service, attempt to bypass plan limits or security, or use it to harass individuals or break the law, including data protection law when handling information about directors or officers.
5. Accuracy and liability
We do not guarantee that figures are complete, accurate or up to date. Always verify against the original filing before relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or indirect loss.
6. Intellectual property
Companies House data is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The software, design and calculated analysis are ours.
7. Suspension and changes
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes in advance.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may also bring proceedings in their home UK jurisdiction.
