Monitoring
Know when a company's filing position changes
Save the companies you trade with and FirmVerdict watches the public register for you — new accounts, confirmation statements and filing changes, delivered as private alerts.
How monitoring works
- Save any UK company to your account
- FirmVerdict checks Companies House metadata on a schedule
- When filing metadata changes — new accounts filed, status changes — you receive a private alert
- Open the company profile to see the new filing extracted and analysed
Private by design
Your watchlist is yours. Alerts are visible only to your account, monitoring never exposes one user's saved companies to another, and watching a company consumes no paid AI allowance — monitoring uses public filing metadata only.
What monitoring does not do
Monitoring tells you when something changed on the public register; it does not predict insolvency and cannot see events that are never filed. It is an early signal to look again, not an alarm guaranteeing trouble.
Know the company. Understand the risk. Document the decision.
